(B, C, D) Immunohistochemical staining of mouse testis transverse cross-sections treated with vehicle. (E) Non-specific staining was detected only in the basal and adluminal compartments of seminiferous epithelium of control sections – negative control. (F and G) Immunostaining of claudin-1 following treatment with captopril or (H and I) BPP-10c demonstrated no difference in the distribution of claudin-1 when compared with control.
