Effect of BaltDC on (a) ristocetin and (b) epinephrine-induced platelet aggregation. PRP was preincubated with BaltDC for 30 min at 37 °C before adding agonists. Platelet aggregation was recorded for 10 min in an AggRAM platelet aggregation system with four-channel laser optics (Helena Laboratories, EUA). Results were expressed as an increase in light transmission. Control experiments were performed using only platelet agonists
